Viewen is a very good hosting company. I was on Godaddy earlier but my experience was horrible there.

the servers work great and the customer support is even better, they helped me out seconds after i asked

Had one configuration issue, the support via chat is mad fast, got an answer in less than 20 seconds. Pricing is also great, especially for smaller game servers which a lot of other hosters don't even offer.

The online chat was well manned, a human (Gustavo) being got back to me right away, and stayed on until my problem was solved - jumping in and making sure my issues gets resolved quickly.
